What this site is
These pages exist so that the documents Apple requires (the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use) have a permanent public address, reachable from inside the app. The site sells nothing, runs no accounts and sets no cookies. Its pages contain no scripts, and its security policy stops browsers from running any; beyond the request log every web server keeps, which the Privacy Policy describes, it collects nothing about visitors. duna is distributed free of charge through the App Store.
Intellectual property
The name duna, its icon and the contents of these pages belong to Oriol O'Callaghan. The speech, punctuation and voice-change models the app uses are third-party works under the CC BY 4.0, Apache 2.0 and MIT licences; the full list is in the Terms of Use, and their notices travel with the app.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country they live in.
